EXIT-TB project held a two-day workshop (December 17-18) on data management at the Panama Garden Hotel, Moshi, Tanzania. The training involved participants from the participating institutions; NIMR-Muhimbili and KCRI Tanzania, IDI and MLI Uganda, AAU Ethiopia, IEND Sudan, and KEMRI Kenya. 

The workshop is a part of the preparation for the implementation of the EXIT-TB project. The EXIT-TB is funded by the European and Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnerships (EDCTP)  to accelerate the translation of research into policy and practice through implementation of the Evidence-Based Multiple Focus Integrated Intensified TB Screening Package in the East African region. The EXIT-TB project is implemented under the platform of East Africa Consortium for Clinical Research (EACCR), in partnership with the University College London (UCL), Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) and University of Bergen.
