Objective

To share the experience of implementing various Theories of Change for research capacity strengthening amongst EDCTP Regional Networks of Excellence (NoEs) and DELTAS funded consortia.

Expected Output

Brief paper outlining the capacity strengthening lessons learnt by the DELTAS consortia and EDCTP NoEs and recommendations for future consortia.
A joint proceeding circulated as a newsletter to all NOEs, DELTAS consortia, and The Global Health Network Africa collaborators.
