About: I am a Senior Research Fellow in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of East Anglia, UK, specialising in qualitative and mixed methods process evaluation applied to evaluate the development and implementation of complex health interventions. I work closely with the Knowledge Translation Unit at the University of Cape Town, South Africa (https://knowledgetranslation.co.za/), helping to evaluate Practical Approach to Care Kit (PACK) programmes. PACK is a health systems improvement programme designed to support the work of primary care health workers in underserved communities (including doctors, nurses, midwives, health officers, community health practitioners), strengthen the health services in which they work and thereby achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
